Return your order

You have 30 days to exchange items from the date of delivery. All items must remain unworn. You may unpack and use the product only to decide whether you want to keep it. You must also ensure that all tags and labels are still properly attached. So do not cut off the labels when fitting the clothes. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you if the returns procedure is not followed properly. 

You have 30 days from receiving your order to send your purchase back to us. You can use the address label that has been added to your order. If it is not in the parcel, you can use the return address below. Send the undamaged item back in the original packaging. The cost of postage is at your own expense. If all the conditions have been met, we will transfer the purchase amount back to the account from which the original payment was made within 5 working days after receiving the package. Credit card payments can take up to 14 days.

I have received the wrong or a damaged item

Pleaes contact our customer service first with more details. After confirmation, you can return the sweater. The item will be checked, and when our warrantly policy covers it, a new item will be sent back to you free of charge.
